| How Do I Order? |
| There are many ways to send us your order. You can use our secure
online order form (via Bambora) to send us your request for instant processing of
your order. If you are registered with PayPal you can use our PayPal
form to send us your order. You may prefer to phone in your order and
give us your credit card number
over
the
phone
or
you can use our printable order form and
fax in your order to 250-962-6670. You may also use the printable order
form to send us your order by mail with a certified cheque or money

| Do you Take Credit Card Payment? |
| Yes, we take MasterCard andVisa through our secure
online ordering system or you can phone, fax or mail-in your order. |

| Is it Safe to Pay Online? |
| We use a secure socket layer (SSL) host to handle your financial
confirmation. Our payment gateway communicates and is authorized directly
by the banking system. We guarantee that every transaction you make
with us will be 100% safe. We do not store any credit card numbers
or personal information in our system. In addition we take your privacy
and security seriously and your information will
not be
distributed
to
any third
party marketers or used for any other marketing purpose. |

| When will we receive our order? |
| All prepaid shipments are sent through the system using expedited
ground service for Canada and the US. Your order will be sent out the
day after your payment has been received. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks
to receive your order. |

| What Kind of Guarantee is on the Product? |
| The acrylic manufacturer has a 10 year limited guarantee against
fading, discoloration and material breakdown. Life expectancy for
your newspaper holder is at least 10 years or more. (see reference
at left) |

| How can I use the Newspaper Holder for Promotion? |
| Just peel off our logo sticker and place your info across the bottom
of the holder. Please contact us for help and ideas on how you can
use the holder as a promotional product. |

| Can I put my Street No's on the Holder? |
| Yes, simply remove our logo sticker. Purchase a vinyl weatherproof
number sticker and place it on the bottom of the holder. There is lots
of room for good sized numbers. Vinyl numbers are available at stationary
stores or can be custom ordered from most sign or trim shops. |

| How do I install the Holder? |
Use Only the Supplied Hardware (brass screws and
washers) to install your holder. For Wood: simply
screw onto the surface. For Vinyl Siding: predrill
the pilot hole before attaching the holder. For Masonary: predrill
with masonary bit and install plastic insert
into hole, then mount the holder.
